Annies Wings Talking Therapy is based in Chesterfield covering Amber Valley and the wider Derbyshire area, specialising in grief and Bereavement, I can visit your home in a safe, comfortable, relaxed environment or coffee shop type locations or I offer a zoom service or an email service if you struggle with anxiety. Talking therapy is designed to give you the chance to talk to someone, in confidence, to someone who is non judgemental and not directly involved in your current circumstance. I will try to help you think about your situation from other aspects and hopefully make you feel and see things in a more positive way.
Although I specialise in Bereavement, I have had people suffering from anxiety and relationship issues come to see me for a session/sessions. I will try my best to help you in any situation you currently face.

- In-Person Meetings: To complement the digital correspondence, an in-person coffee date or walk is arranged with the client every other month. This serves as an opportunity to directly discuss the individual's situation or simply provide a few hours of detached, supportive conversation.
